Words From Our Clients
There are some moments in life that one cannot ever prepare for. Even if you have been a law-abiding peaceful citizen all your life, as I have been. And yet in the Summer of 2024 I was thrusted into the dark underbelly of the criminal justice system. And this is where attorney Robert O’Donnell comes into the picture. Like a legal Spartan and an impressive Law Degree from Harvard Law and extensive teaching experience in the constitution he led the way and fought for me with determination, answering questions with clarity while at the same time giving me enough information so that I could make difficult decisions without pressure but with clarity and honesty as what he felt would be the best outcome for me and my family but without the pressure. As my legal Spartan he fought for me with his shield high. Breaking through the confusion which is often found within the legal system. Even though our locations were far apart, with him in Miami and me being in the Space Coast I never felt Mr. O’Donnell to be out of reach. He always answered my questions in a timely manner either by phone or email. I was always able to reach him. As I approach the end of my Pre Trial-Diversion Program, he has agreed to stay with me through the end of this entire ordeal. This may not sound like a big deal, but it is for me. This shows Mr. O’Donnell’s commitment to me and shows that he truly cares as to the outcome of my case. This speaks volumes about his personal character and commitment to my case.
